Our Pricing Model: Strategic Investment
Transparent Investment Structure
Our base strategic investment is a per instance per month cost. This comprehensive cost covers the development and management of your organization's operating systems, including up to 2 robust outreach campaigns monthly, designed to maximize your impact.
For clarity and convenience, monthly invoices for all consulting and approved outreach services are issued on the first of each month. Payments are due within 7 days of receipt and can be made easily via debit card, bank transfer, or online payment.
Clear Expense Policy
All out-of-pocket expenses are subject to your pre-approval in writing. Approved expenses, such as essential software subscriptions, necessary travel costs, and third-party vendor fees, are always billed at cost and supported by comprehensive documentation.
Flexible Engagement Term
Our partnership begins with a flexible month-to-month agreement. Either party can initiate termination with 30 days' written notice, ensuring you only pay for services rendered up to the termination date.
Guaranteed Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality for all non-public information, including your campaign strategies, vital voter data, and financial details. This obligation extends beyond the agreement's termination, safeguarding your sensitive information.
Client Ownership of Work Product
